Integration after Session
Immediately after your session: spend a few quiet moments processing your experience before rushing back into your daily life.
Drink water & eat a light meal to re-center yourself
You will have notes from your session - read through them & allow yourself time to journal anything extra that you wish to remember.
Be gentle with yourself when emotions or memories arise. Allow yourself the space for any emotional releases.
In the following days: revisit your notes to notice any messages, lessons, or patterns.
Reflect on how your session relates to your current life challenges, relationships, and goals.
Long-term integration: apply the lessons that you have learned to your current life! Act on making positive changes to your relationships, mindset, habits, and healing.
Share your experience(s) with trusted friends or a spiritual community for support and validation.
Schedule a follow up integration session to discuss your experiences and gain further clarity if needed.

Begin with one session and give yourself 4-6 weeks to process and integrate the information you’ve learned.
