Trust and Be

I received this channeled message and I knew that I had to share! It’s been a reoccurring theme (lesson) in my life for a while now, and I know that many can relate.

Know that you are constantly being guided and supported on this journey. We are never alone - not even for a moment - on our journey through life. Trust in your self, in divine guidance, in the synchronicities and the messages that are being sent to you. Let go of any self doubt you may have that is hindering your process and holding you back. Trust that what’s meant to be won’t miss you.

Know that you are exactly where you need to be, doing exactly what you need to be doing in this moment. We are learning the lessons that we are meant to learn. It’s easy to wonder if we’ve fallen off of our path or if we’re still going in the right direction… but the beauty of it is that we cannot deviate from our path - it is our own unique way and there is no right or wrong way to travel down it.

Collectively, we are working through releasing our lower vibrations to better align with our higher most authentic self. It is a daunting process that can leave us feeling low and unmotivated at times. However, it is a necessary part of the process for us to evolve. Trust in divine timing and know that everything will work out exactly as it needs to, exactly when it needs to.

Our five primary senses are constantly being assaulted. Think of the every day noise, lights, smells, tastes, and feelings we experience at any given moment. We are able to go within and listen clearer in stillness when we are without distractions. Think of the peace you find when you’re camping, listening to the wind travel through the trees and over the land….when we have no phone, no TV, or no music. It’s so difficult for us to sit in stillness without the chatter. To connect and notice divine guidance, to notice the messages that are always around us. We never allow ourselves to just exist - without expectations of what we need to accomplish or without judgement of what our lives need to look like.

Let’s focus on less doing and more being! Prioritize slowing down and quieting the constant chatter both with-in and with-out ourselves. Find this stillness in nature, in physical movement, in ceremony, and any other creative outlets that work best for you.
